A welcoming Winnipeg office reception area with indigo accent wall and timber shelving

What to expect from your first conversation.

The complimentary consultation is a working meeting, not a sales presentation. We ask you to come with a rough sense of your current savings balance, your target retirement date, and your single most pressing retirement question. From there we identify which of our four service areas — savings, income strategy, estate alignment, or the full advisory engagement — is most relevant to where you are right now. There is no obligation to engage us after the consultation, and we do not follow up with repeated calls if you decide the fit is not right. Our office is on Portage Ave in downtown Winnipeg, and video meetings are available if you prefer.

Common questions before reaching out.

Is the initial consultation truly free?

Yes. The 45-minute complimentary session has no fee and no obligation. Its purpose is to determine whether an engagement with Vividbcloud would be worthwhile for your situation. If it would not be, we will say so directly and suggest where you might find a better fit.

How much do your planning engagements cost?

Fees vary by engagement scope and are disclosed in full before any work begins. A focused single-area review (savings, income, or estate) typically runs between $1,200 and $2,400. A comprehensive retirement plan engagement, covering all four service areas, ranges from $3,500 to $5,500 depending on complexity. Annual refresh fees are lower.

Do you work with clients outside Winnipeg?

Yes. All of our planning work can be conducted by video meeting, and we have clients across Manitoba, in Saskatchewan, and in British Columbia. The initial consultation can be held by phone or video if an in-person meeting is not practical.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

A recent account statement for each registered account (RRSP, TFSA, LIRA if applicable), a rough sense of your current income and expected retirement date, and your most pressing question. You do not need to have everything organized — part of the discovery process is helping you gather and structure the information.

Submit your details and we will take it from there.
